I think hyperventilating is appropriate but maybe not warranted. I grew up driving Lincolns, my first real car model was was a v-12 Lincoln. Hell, mom's still driving Lincolns. I'd love to see this on the road. Car companies can be such cowards.

Well, they did announce they were spending $6 billion on the brand over the next couple years so that may portend a big change in product. I hope.
